  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites food caterers for the catering service of HGC’s 2016 Thanksgiving at the HGC Function Hall 5th floor, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City. (Please see attached Terms of Reference).

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (P175,000.00).
  1. All interested caterers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of November 25, 2016 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s /Business Permit;
    • PhilGEPS Registration; and
    • Income Tax Return for CY 2015

  2. For further inquiries, please call Mr. Arturo Barrios or Ms. Rosemarie N. Principe of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  3. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
